I have made three purchases from Tiger Tactical. All three were handled extremely professional. The second order, I called to see if they could get particular magazines for my rifle. They actually took time to call me back with the item number I needed, which I promptly ordered. Other stores may sell the same item at the same low price but what differentiate TTA from them is Customer Service. You can also expect awesome ("great" will not be enough) after sales support from them. You can definitely use the "Contact Us" page to get in touch with them. Tried it multiple times and I always get a fast response. Tried asking them 11:30pm Mountain time and got a response in less than an hour! I also even got a call in one instance.

I just wanted to start by saying thank you! The service was fast! I ordered on Thursday, it shipped out in two hours, and it was on my doorstep today (monday).
One thing that I would have prefer had been done was have a tracking number sent to my e-mail, just for ease of access to view my tracking info and what not.
That is a very minor thing though if you ask me, due to the very high amount of original products you sell. I ordered a chimera mosfet that the only other place to purchase is on the Black Talon website.
9/10 great, fast service, for a great price, with plenty of original products!!

I have made several purchases from TTA and have never been disappointed with the products or the services I have received. They have excellent prices, pretty good selection of gear, parts and other accessories which is growing almost every week. They also have very fast shipping and good rates. The great thing about TTA also is they pay attention to the customer and usually,when you order, you may find great little extras in your package. Tiger Tactical may not have the most impressive inventory when compared to some of the big airsoft etailers. However, what they do have is awesome customer service that puts the big guys to shame. The follow-up is proactive and superb.
The other thing I found out is if you want something and don't see it on their website, shoot them an e-mail and they will special order it for you AND have it drop shipped to your home directly from the manufacturer, all at no additional cost. The final plus for me is that they seem to always be running a special and I can get a discount on most of my purchases.
Tiger Tactical has become my first stop for all things airsoft.

Flat out the best value and quality of parts! I go through a LOT of parts (I do all the repairs/upgrades for my team) and without these guys, my guys would be broke dealing with the "people" in Calif. Just wanted to give some quick praise to Tiger Tactical Airsoft (www.tigertacticalairsoft.com), and especially David Le, who helped me with my order.
I'd been looking for a couple months for SOMEONE that had a Raptor fet in stock, and kept coming up empty. Finally, someone posted on Airsoft Mechanics that they found them in stock at Tiger Tactical. I sent an email to them on a Sunday night, asking if they really did have it in stock. I didn't expect to get a reply until Monday sometime. Much to my surprise, David Le responded within an hour!
A couple emails back and forth later, I knew it was the perfect retailer to place my order with. David was incredibly helpful, prompt in his replies, and very kind. After I explained how long and hard I had been looking for a Raptor, and how happy I was that he had it in stock, he very kindly upgraded me to Priority Mail for free, something most other retailers would never consider doing!
I placed my order that Sunday night, and received it Wednesday afternoon. I was even more surprised when I opened the box.
See the red cloth there in the picture I attached? He packed my new Raptor by wrapping it up inside that dead-rag, and placing it inside the box. Bubble wrap would have been much cheaper, but the dead-rag is a very nice touch. The little things make all the difference. (That dead-rag has since become my tablecloth cover for my workspace. It's nice and large, and difficult to lose parts on. It's also a good reminder of just how awesome Tiger Tactical is.)
It was, of course, the newest version of the Raptor fet, exactly as advertised.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience shopping at Tiger Tactical Airsoft. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.
